This project envisions a G+1 residence designed with a distinctive A-profile form complemented by a clean rectangular massing, creating a bold yet balanced architectural expression. The ground floor accommodates a kitchen, dining space, and an expansive living/drawing area with an integrated indoor swimming pool, offering a unique blend of leisure and functionality. The upper level comprises two bedrooms along with a master suite opening onto a private balcony, enhancing comfort and spatial quality.The design approach is carefully aligned with a defined construction budget, ensuring efficiency without compromising on aesthetics, while all planning adheres to the principles of Vedic Vastu for a harmonious living environment.
