This project envisions the design of a luxury farmhouse as a secondary residence, seamlessly blending modern amenities with a lush, green landscape. The planning emphasizes a strong connection between built spaces and nature, creating a tranquil yet sophisticated living environment. In addition to the residential component, a portion of the site is strategically allocated for commercial heavy-vehicle parking, ensuring functional integration without compromising the overall aesthetic and spatial harmony. The entire development is guided by the principles of Vedic Vastu, ensuring balance, positivity, and alignment with traditional spatial wisdom while meeting contemporary lifestyle needs.
