ARCWELL

This project envisions a contemporary mixed-use residential tower designed to respond to a tightly bounded site condition, with adjacency on three sides. The architectural approach emphasizes an elegant and modern façade treatment, crafted to enhance visual identity and create a strong street presence despite spatial constraints. A central cut-out is introduced within the built form to facilitate ample natural light and cross-ventilation, establishing a breathable and efficient internal environment. The lower three floors are planned as flexible commercial spaces, suitable for leasing, with clear zoning and circulation. The upper one to two levels are designed as residential apartments, accommodating guest or rental use with a focus on comfort and privacy. The design balances functionality with aesthetic refinement, ensuring optimal space utilization while creating a distinctive vertical expression. All planning is guided by the principles of Ayadi-Vastu, ensuring harmony, balance, and long-term well-being.
